I have a 2 storey 3 bedroom apartment in st james. Only myself and my cat in it. My daughter stays in the third room sometimes. I’m a hard working 35 yr old man who spend many weekends away fishing at my camp. So a responsible working tenant is a must. The 2nd biggest room is up for grabs. With free roam of the house.

Im work hard as a fencing foreman. Fish hunt and smoke meats. Many weekend spent at the camp. A friendly cat named fidget also resides here.
