Sullivan Street

1 large room, private bathroom and walk in closet in a 3 bedroom house downtown on Sullivan St. The bedroom/ bathroom is on its own floor as well so very private within the house. There is a balcony and large kitchen/ living room that is shared. Full washer and dryer.

I moved here in august but Toronto is just not for me so I am going to be moving back to Alberta and just need someone to rent my room for a few months. I live with my 2 great friends that I grew up with in Saskatchewan. Both girls are 26, one has a great journalism job and the other is a student. Both girls are very chill, fun and easy going. Can’t say they are the absolute cleanest people in the world but a DEFINITELY not slobs or inconsiderate of your space.
