Private 13x11 ft. Bedroom on the second floor in a newer Etobicoke Townhome.

Common space includes access to 2 shared full Bathrooms, Laundry room w/ Washer & Dryer, Livingroom, Kitchen, Diningroom, and Lower level Den.

Walking distance to new boutique grocery store Freebird, No Frills, Beertown, Wingporium, Dollarama, Healthy Planet, other daily shopping needs, and TTC to Islington Subway line.

Single occupancy, no pets as we are allergic.

My Partner and I travel for work so you will mostly be sharing the space w/ 1 other roommate. We are clean and quiet introverts looking to share our space with other introverts.
