Swift Drive

This apartment offers indoor heated parking ($50 a month if you need it) and is right next to the DVP. You are steps to the TTC with shopping within walking distance. Laundry facilities are on-site. In the apartment you will have your own private room (unfurnished) with closet. The bathroom and kitchen are communal. The area is safe and quiet with local attractions near-by.

You’d be sharing the apartment with a father and son (18 year old college student). On alternative weekends my other son (13 years old) stays over. He is trans so you have to be LGTBQ or comfortable around one. We are respectful and quite and expect as much from someone sharing our space. We enjoy our privacy and will respect yours as well. The kids are gamers and I am a film buff (nerds). I enjoy cooking and am more than happy to make a meal or two.

House rules are mostly just common sense however we don’t allow guests (exceptions can be made for family). Smokers/vapers are welcome as long as its not inside the apartment. Social drinking is fine as long as it doesn’t become a problem. This is a drug free apartment, no exceptions. Quiet time is after 10PM. Female tenants and students are welcome. Race, age, religion, and sexual preference are not an issue for us as long as it’s not an issue for you. This space is “no drama” and we hope to keep like that.
