Bedroom with great closet space renting for $600 per month; internet and utilities included. Pictures are dated, rooms been renovated to have new windows, carpet and paint. I also, I used photo’s of the master bed room as I current have a roommate in the room being rented; but it is almost as big. I have an extra desk, bed frame and mattress if you’re in need in the room. Kitchen has a dishwasher. You’ll have access to a seasonal salt-water pool (it’s quite shallow). Please don’t mind the full wood pallet(s) are from a one-time project I completed, and are no longer present on the unit. Balcony window and living room as been renovated as well.

When I’m not camping or on a mini adventure outside the city, I’m into game nights, swimming, long walks and reading!
