Hi Everyone We have a furnished bedroom in a shared flat in Mile-End with everything included: heat, hydro, hot water, and wifi. You can rent it starting February 1st or rent after January 10th if you wanted. The room is spacious, stylish, sunny, with a queen sized bed and tall ceilings The apartment is a renovated fully furnished space with modern interior combined with beautiful wooden floors. There is a fully stocked kitchen and all the necessary pots and cutlery to prepare and enjoy your food. In the bathroom there is a washer and dryer, bathtub and shower. We have high-speed WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix, Crave, Disney + and other channels. The apartment is walking distance to everything. Less than 5 minutes to groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, and other stores. This neighborhood is trendy, safe and friendly. Only 10-20 minutes to McGill. UQAM, Poly, Udem, Concordia & HEC. Nearby public transit is very close. There is a bus that goes directly downtown and 2 nearby metro stations: Outremont and Rosemont Metro. I am renting out my room while I work as a teacher in a different place for most of the year and be back in June. My room is the big bedroom and I will include stylish sheets, blankets, linen, and towels.

We are looking for laid back mature people who are nice, considerate, responsible, and respectful of others. The house is generally quiet but you can have people over and be comfortable in the space. We like to keep the space clean and do our dishes after our meals and putting our things. The big bedroom rent is $740

This is a 3 bedroom apartment and you will be sharing the space with someone in their late 30s who is mature, super kind, clean and considerate. There are also 2 cats who are super shy and will generally hide.
