Je veux partager mon très grand condo casi-neuf, moderne et luxueux avec la personne idéal pour bien s’entendre. Avec tout le luxe et les technologies les plus récentes incluant balayeuses central, foyer au gaz naturel, chauffage et climatisation central, ventilation central, prise BBQ au gaz sur la terasse, une chambre de lavage, un cabanon and une place de stationnement par personne (2 total). Il y a aussi un humidificateur central mais il à besoin d’être réparer. Avec bien sûr lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse dans le logement.

Le Soleil ☀️ se lève dans les chambres à coucher et se couche dans le salon.

J’ai un petit chien et j’accepte ton petit chien propre et gentil avec elle.

Pas de chats avec griffes, j’ai des sofas et chaises en cuir.

If you fit the above description:

I have a gorgeous, 1200 square feet, 4 1/2 condo with a storage shed and two parking spots included. It is located 5mins drive from the 10 East exit 22 in Chambly - a 25-30 mins door to door drive to Downtown Montreal, 25mins to St-Henri or south-west of MTL and 30 mins to the middle of downtown and just about anywhere else in the downtown area. Located 5 minutes away from the water front, Chambly bassin, and paddle board and kayak rentals. A ton of green spots surround us from parks to forests with cross-country skiing and fat-bike trails to bike paths, a local bee 🐝 hive project, biodiversity tree planting projects, deers, rabbits and lots of bird wildlife. Also 20mins drive from Mont St-Bruno with winter ski passes at affordable prices. PLUS I have a Costco card !

It’s a 2011 build in concrete with all the newest amenities. Central air, central vacuum, central heating & conditioning, central humidifier(which needs fixing) with a large entrance including wooden stairs chalet style, a large laundry room separate from the rest of the house, a very large open living space with living room and dining room including a beautiful natural gaz fireplace in the middle of the room. Windows are everywhere and the place is bathed in natural light with the sun setting in the living room every night and rising in the bedrooms every morning. There is also a terrace with access to the natural gaz through a plug for a BBQ and lots of outdoor living space (10ft by 12ft). There is a new kitchen with a large counter top turning the front into a bar with three bar stools.

The bathroom is really large, with a beautiful glass shower that includes the option for rain, multiple jets or a handle (douche telephone) as well as a very deep and large bath tub and a bathroom heater which can be turned on or timed during your bathing or shower time and works extremely efficiently (I often turn it off before the end cuz damn - it’s hot in there lol. May be used as a sorta sauna?? Lol. I am renting the second bedroom which will include one parking spot and space in the storage shed. The place is fully furnished and currently the second room has a bed. I can rent it unfurnished or fully furnished and if you are looking for something long term I will buy what furniture you need. The closet is a good size and full of hangers waiting to be filled. I am whiling to purchase for the second room: a base for the bed with drawers, night stands, a dresser and a desk althought I have a better spot in the open space to include your standing desk and gamer chair should you appreciate having it there. I already have furniture in mind and am waiting to see what you would like to have before I buy it. When you move in you will have everything you need to coexist in this wonderful space with me and only need to bring your bags and your belongings. There is lost of unused space in the house and I have renovation projects to add shelfs and more. Looking for someone for the long terms (ideally) and have a preference for someone open minded and queer or atypical in some form or another.
I work from home a lot and have a small 10lbs and very friendly female deer-head chihuahua. I game, have xbox live, crave, netflix, youtube premium and high speed internet with lots of bandwidth. I already take care of all the bills. Your only remaining bill would be your cell phone.

I am looking for 1000$ per month all included and am open to making more modifications and decorating to our taste etc. I would much prefer a she/her or queer, trans or they/them individual over a he/him but I’m slightly open to other applicants in very specific circumstances.

Negotiable for the right person as chemistry and harmony is super important to me, however bare in mind I am doing this now out of slight necessity as the interest rates skyrocket on my condo. The right living arrangement would of course survive beyond that. I am very sociable and working from home a lot leaves many moments alone. Having a roommate or roommates would be really nice.
