LOCATION: Mercer St, right beside the intersection of King St. W. and John Street. 5 minutes to St. Andrew Subway Station, 5 minutes to the CN Tower, 15 minutes to Union Station, 25 minutes to the Eaton Centre. Steps from the 504 and 501 streetcars.

LEASE: March 1st, it will be a month-to-month lease. Preferably looking for someone who is interested in staying longer term.

Price: $1100 (The apartment is fully furnished, except for your room). Does not include utilities and internet (another ~$100). You will have your own bathroom!

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Proof of income, credit check, and landlord references.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The room has no window! The unit is located on the 5th floor, accessible by either elevator (the building has 4) or stairs. Ensuite laundry! Balcony off the living room.

PETS: I am unfortunately allergic to both cats and dogs, so the apartment would have to be a pet-free zone 🙁 I do love them though!
