About the room
Hello! I am currently looking for a roommate in a 4 1/2 spacious apartment, available to take over a room and part of the lease in a shared apartment by February 1st 2023 ! Private room, everything else shared. A background check will be needed for the landlord. The lease ends on June 30 2023. Option to renew lease. Please contact me at 438-506-2245.

•Washer/dryer in-unit and there is available in the building as well.
• Easy parking access on street (Parking indoors/driveway $)
•103 bus stop right in front of building (5 mins bus ride to metro) 15-20 minute walk to Villa-Maria
•A park right in front. Grocery stores, gas station and deps nearby. Right next to Monkland street. Many restaurants
•Semi-furnished (other than everywhere else, living room will be empty)
About the roomies
My name is Dann Domingo. I am 27 years old. I am a full-time sous-chef. I don’t have any pets. I do arrive home pretty late, since I work afternoon/evening shifts. Please let me know if you have any questions concerning my schedule or anything else, i’ll be happy to answer.
