All utilities are included in rent. Full kitchen with all appliances and dishes included. Each floor has a study room which you can access at any time for any reason. The building is a student residence so you will be able to meet all sorts of friends! A free gym, PS5, Ping Pong, Board Games, and more included on the main floor common room!
