Communal areas are fully furnished with new furniture and kitchen is fully equipped. You only need to furnish your bedroom. Four bedrooms share two full washrooms - so you only share with one person. Laundry is conveniently located on second floor. One parking spot on driveway is shared.

Home is presently occupied by female upper year U of G students and a grad student. They are serious about school but are a very friendly group that like to hang out and do things together. There is one very small dog in the house so you must love dogs (so no further pets are desired).
