The building has a basketball/volleyball court, underground parking ($), outdoor tennis court, a putting area, a bowling alley, gym, dog wash, barbecue area and a 24 hour concierge. Extremely safe building with multiple levels of security. Parking can be renting from other owners for ~130$ a month (additional) for underground parking. There is an IKEA, Canadian tire, McDonald’s, Starbucks and a 24 hour convenience store within 100 metres, and it connects to a subway line (not too sure, never taken it)
