We are looking for a roommate in an apartment with 4beds and 2baths just 5 mins walk from Snowdon metro, starting Feb 1. There’s one room available. You’ll be sharing it with 2 guys from UdeM and a guy from Concordia.

It is very close to UdeM/HEC and also a metro ride away from downtown/McGill/Concordia, etc.

The rent includes bed, mattress, hot water, washer, dryer, fridge, electric oven, dishwasher. And there’s lots of storage and common spaces.

The rent would be around CAD 600 + utilities(30-40CAD).
