My roommate just moved out and the lease for my basement apartment located in Dartmouth doesn’t end until September. I’m looking for someone to take over the lease and become my new roomie 😃

IMPORTANT: My landlords do not allow for any more pets so if you have a pet unfortunately, this place won’t work for you. I’m sorry!

$1150+Power & Internet (Heat and Water included) Rent usually comes out to about $650 after splitting the cost for rent, power, and internet. The place is a 2 bedroom basement apartment in Dartmouth with 1 bathroom that has a shower and in-unit washer and dryer. It also has a storage room and a den that can comfortably fit 4-5 people. It’s located on Pleasant Street and is right next to a bus stop for the 6 bus and is a 15 minute walk from NSCC Ivany Campus. There are lots of food places and convenience stores nearby and the the 6 bus can take you to nearby grocery store at Bay Terminal. The room comes semi-furnished because my roommate left some of their stuff so feel free to use it or replace it, whatever works best for you!

I am a non-binary woman (They/them, she/her) pronouns and am 24 years old. I’m pretty clean and appreciate my alone time here and there but I’m always down to have fun and hang out! I have an orange cat named Dio and she is a very sweet indoor cat and can be very affectionate to the right people.
