Private room in a two-bedroom fourth-floor building. Right in the junction of NDG, Westmount, and Côte-des-Neiges. The bedroom is spacious and has two large double windows that allow great natural light and ventilation. The apartment is pretty spacious, with a good kitchen. The stove is ceramic-topped and thus very easy to clean. Washer and dryer are in the apartment as well, a nice luxury. You would be taking over my brother’s space in the apartment, which would be a lease of a minimum of four months. There is also the possibility of taking over the lease in July if you decide you really like the place! The building is super calm and quiet, and the neighbours have never caused us any problems. The building is a stone’s throw from Villa Maria metro station, and there are numerous grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants in walking distance.

My name is Emma and I am 23 years old! I graduated from uOttawa in May 2022 with a degree in history and anthropology. I currently work as a receptionist at a gym and do the afternoon/evening shifts, which means I am typically out of the apartment from 1pm to 9:30pm every day. The space is shared with my goofy but anxious female cat named Leela. She has no interest in anyone but me, so beyond her toys and litterbox (which is ALWAYS kept clean by me), you’d never know she was there :) When I am home, I play video games in the living room or listen to music and read in my room. I tend to keep to myself, but I always like befriending my roommates and finding out what they enjoy. I’m always down to hangout and chat at home, or go grab coffee or drinks!
