I travel alot for work, hence I am gone. Looking for responsible roommate that can be trusted alone, keeps it clean and can respect other peoples property, and doesn’t mind doing the little things around the place. Would also be ideal with someone that works out of town/travels for work.

Renting out one of the upstair room to a medium to long term renter, and I live in the Master, and the other bedroom is my office. No animals, non smoker.
