Johnny's room

Private, fully-furnished room in a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. Located inside of a new build (2022), stainless steel appliances, wooden wardrobe, desk. Electricity, heating, water, and internet are all included in rent. It is located right on campus, behind the McCain building. Decently close to the downtown, with many bus routes for convenient access to the whole city. Sublet term would be May 1- August 31 with a possibility to extend.

While there is technically parking, you need to reserve a pre-paid spot. If someone has a car, I will let my building manager know right away so we can reserve a spot early.

Looking for students, but anyone is welcome to apply.

No open house, but email me if you want to swing by the apartment.

Additionally, I am not totally sure if there is a security deposit as we have never paid for one. However do you get fined for damaging the property.
