I am looking for roommates to occupy 1 of the 4 bedrooms in my beautiful home in Kanata. The house is very well managed and taken care of. Looking for clean, quiet, responsible and friendly person. The roommate will have access to a bathroom, powder room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, backyard with no rear neighbors, in house laundry, dishwasher, Storage, private TV and fully furnished private rooms. Parking is also available and included. Rent is $750/ month (room size: 14.5’x10.5’) and includes: All Utilities (Heat, Hydro, Water, A/C – Central Air etc.), Unlimited High Speed Internet, cable TV, no parking, storage and fully furnished room. Cleaning of house is included once a week. Rental Agreement is available and optional. I also have a large, new and beautifully finished basement space available with it’s own new private bathroom at $850/month (room size: 19.5’x14’) which includes everything listed above. Located in the BeaverBrook area, we’re about a 10 minute walk to a Grocery Store, Post Office, Pharmacy, Bank, Gym, Bike Paths, Shopping, 417 Highway and Kanata’s Hi-Tech Centre. We are also close to the Centrum for all your shopping needs. Buses (Regular and Express: #63, #64 and others) run right across the street. (15 minutes to Carleton U and Algonquin College, 25 minutes to downtown and Ottawa U).

I own the townhouse on Rutherford court K2K 1N5. When all the rooms are occupied, there are 4 people living in the house. There is no parking available anywhere. I also have a small dog and cat in case of allergies. The room at $750 has to share a bathroom with one other person. The $850 room has a personal bathroom in the basement. There are 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 2 pantries, 2 sets of dishes and cuttlery. Very well stocked kitchen. I have towels and bedding available if needed.
