Seeking Female Housemate

We are two mature, professional women seeking a third, professional woman (preferably 40yrs. and up and residing in Canada) to share a beautiful, spacious house in East Mississauga, beginning on April 1, 2023. Close to Go Train, bus stop and #427 Highway. Cost is $963.00/month, plus utilities shared equally, three ways (ranging from approximately $80.00-$150.00/month) depending on the season. Deposit of $100.00 is required prior to move-in and first and last month rent is required on April 1, 2023. Two references will be requested. The new tenant would share a third floor with one other woman, consisting of three bedrooms-the third spare room can be multi-purpose for both upstairs tenants. The tenant will have a bedroom and her own private, large washroom, with a bath and shower. A separate front entrance, a semi-furnished living room and dining room are shared by the two tenants and a large kitchen is shared by the three of us. There is parking space, washer and dryer and lots of storage space.

In addition to rent and utilities, chores to be shared are grass cutting and snow removal. Additional spaces include a front garden and yard with a covered porch, a large backyard with flower and vegetable gardens that you can also participate in, if you wish. We also ask that each person maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness in the kitchen and all spaces in the house.
