15 Avenue SW

This is a great location, very close to 17th Ave, where all the bars, restaurants, clubs and Calgary. The address is 1122 15 Ave SW. It’s actually two blocks away and it’s pretty quiet, despite the closeness to the 17th. Lots of parks around and bike trails, and the c-train is like a ten minutes walks. There is a Co-op 2 blocks away and several corners stores around.

The building also has a gym, and there is a GoodLife 3 blocks away.

The apartment has brand new finishes, and it’s fully furnished. The room available is NOT furnished though, so you’ll need your bed and mattress, and whatever else you need for your room. Everything else in the apartment it’s for share 😀

I’m a pretty relaxed person and don’t have many requirements besides being tidy and clean after yourself.

I have been living in Calgary for the past 8 years and been in this apartment for about 2 years now. I am a project manager that works in finance and I do most of my work from home. Personally, I enjoy being active going to the gym, playing sports, going out, but also enjoy a night in with a book. Looking for someone I can get along with, as living together shouldn’t be a burden to anyone. I am also in a relationship and I spend a lot of nights at my girl’s place, so you’ll probably only see me home during the day.
