About the room
Hello!
Our place is located in LaSalle, right next to Hospital LaSalle! Found next to a bus stop (30 second walk), this location is ideal for students who are looking for an affordable and decently quiet apartment to share! We are also located right next to the CEA de LaSalle. The local pool and dog park is also not too far from here.
We have AC and heating throught out the apartment, wi-fi, and bath tub with a very large amount of hot water. Long baths are welcome.
One thing to keep in mind before applying would be allergies! We are a household with dog, cat and rabbit! You are welcome in bringing your furry friend as long as they are properly house trained, and get along with other animals. We are also not the type to party frequently, if ever (1-2 a year on certain years). We can accept the occasional gathering, but we aren’t too keen on living with a party animal!
