Seeking a part-time roommate to share a large, bright, 2-bedroom corner unit on King West. This is perfect for someone who works in Toronto a few days a week or a few weeks a month, and is looking for something a bit more permanent than AirBnB!

SPACIOUS private room (~200 sq ft) with an east facing view towards downtown. Ample storage with built-in closet, comfortable double bed. The unit has a large, modern kitchen that is well-supplied - I love to cook - and a huge living room. You’ll have a private bathroom and shower. Washer dryer in unit.

Since this photo was taken the room has been refinished, and additional storage installed. The furniture has also been updated, but I have not had a chance to take nice photos yet!

There is no parking, but plenty nearby and there are almost always spaces available to rent in the building.

Rent will depend on how much time you spend at the condo, with $1800 being the full rate per month, and $1000 monthly minimum. This includes cleaning every two weeks, utilities, and high speed wifi.

I’m a quiet mid-30s professional and I work from home most days. Prospective roommates should be professional, mature, and most of all CLEAN. No pets. No overnight guests.
