A single private room for rent. I am looking for a sublet for my room for the months of March 19 2023 to around September 2023 (the end date is flexible). The rent is 800.00 per month and includes the cost of the internet. Utilities such as hydro, and garbage/recycling removal are not included and the utility bill is shared between the roommates living in the house. The BC hydro bill is every 2 months and the other utilities are billed every 3 months. Recycling pick-up comes every other Thursday and garbage pick-up comes every other Friday. Recycling and garbage pick-up are on alternating weeks.

The room is in a house close to bus routes 30/31 and the 70’s bus routes. There will be 2 other roommates living in the house at the time. The kitchen, living spaces, and washroom are shared, but the sublet room has a private toilet. The house is about a 30-minute walk from Walmart The ideal sublet I am looking for would be able to clean up after themselves and share the responsibility of cleaning the shared living spaces (washroom, living areas, kitchen). They should also know how to recycle and compost.

I recently got a job in northern BC and I am looking to sublet my room to a responsible, non-smoking, individual. There is currently 1 person living in the house, but by April there will be 4 people total.
