About the room
Not sure why my address keeps popping up as Festubert but it’s in Calgary.
I’m a middle aged woman who is relatively quiet and a non partyer. I’m introverted and tend to stick to myself but am social sometimes. I have 2 cats who I love dearly and a boyfriend that stops by occasionally.
I live in a basement suite and have a spare room I want to rent out. It’s bright with decent sized windows. Right now it’s being used for storage but will be cleared out. The suite has its own furnace and water heater separate from the upstairs neighbors, so it’s nice and toasty in winter. The backyard is large and fenced in. The neighbourhood is near a park laden with bike paths. It’s also located fairly close to MRU. A small plaza with a grocery store, a drug store, and a couple of restaurants is also within the area.
