You will share this suite with a lovely female who works 4 to 5 days a week and is clean and quiet. Hope you love dogs too. As the female lives with one. There is no parking stall so best for someone who works downtown and walks everywhere. This place is ready to move in ASAP, just bring your clothes and bedding. Utilities are covered. Require a $1000 deposit and rent is due the last day of each month. This is for a 6-12 month term, however, negotiations are welcome.

Respectful, clean, quiet, and responsible.I have a Beagle/collie, and would hope for someone who doesn’t mind dogs. I go on a lot of dog walks, stay at home most times when not working.
