Ray's room

I am looking for a sublet for my furnished room from end of March to September 2023 (the end date is flexible). I’ve taken a seasonal job up in Northern BC and am looking for someone to rent my room while I’m away.

The rent is $800.00 per month and includes the cost of the internet. Utilities are not included and the utility bill is shared between the roommates living in the house. The kitchen, living spaces, and washroom are shared, but the sublet room has a private toilet. There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the property, and no pets.

The room is in a house close to bus routes 30/31 and the 70’s bus routes. Uptown Shopping Center is close by, as well as Swan Lake and the Galloping Goose trail. There are also a pear and apple tree in the backyard and lots of blackberries in the summer.

I’m in my late 20s, environmentally-conscious, pretty quiet, and enjoy the outdoors. I also love plants and the house has a lot of natural light.

There will be 2 other male roommates living in the house, in their late 20s/early 30s. It’s a chill household, one person is a student and the other works.
