My current roommate is moving at the end of April and I am looking for a new female roomie for May 1st. I live just outside Kitsilano in Arbutus Ridge in a 2 bed/2 bath basement suite - although it is a basement it is very spacious and allows in quite a lot of natural light. Very quiet and safe location, but still within 5-10 mins of kits, downtown, south granville, etc. Your room is very spacious with a large closet and has an en suite bathroom. The rest of the home is fully furnished.
Washer and dryer both in unit. There’s also lots of street parking if needed. Unfortunately it is not pet friendly. Rent is 1345 plus hydro and internet.
