Room available in apartment across the street from Guildford Mall and rec centre. The room available is large, has a big window, and small 4ftx7ft walk in closet. Very transit accessible location, less than 10min bus from SFU Surrey Campus and skytrain. I’m friendly and easy-going, but also introverted so most of my time home will be spent in my room. I’m looking for someone who will be tidy in the shared spaces and who is reliable. I’m a 24 year old female and full-time student at SFU and will be working part-time as well. The room can be furnished (double bed, dresser, end table, desk) or unfurnished (I’ll donate/sell the furniture if it’s not needed). Rent is $550 utilities and wifi included, no cable but there’s Apple TV and Netflix. $25 extra a month for a designated underground parking space. Paid laundry in building. The apartment management require any additional tenants to fill out an application, criminal record check, and provide references. Feel free to ask any additional questions you may have.
