Looking for someone to take over my lease at the luxe. I will be moving out of London and so I will not being staying at the unit anymore. The building is in a prime location, and is a 5-10 minute walk to Western campus. There is also a bus stop right in front of the building that takes you straight to downtown (the 6) or campus (106). Room is fully furnished with a mattress, closet, shelves, night table, desk, desk chair. Living room is also fully furnished and comes with a full HD television.

It is a 4 bedroom unit, but you will only have 2 male roommates as 1 roommate is using two rooms, both are very friendly, clean, quiet and are full-time students at Western. You will be sharing a full bathroom with one roommate. The room is on the 9th floor and has a beautiful view of Ross Park.

The lease is from Oct 2018 - Aug 2019. If you do not plan to stay in London for the summer, you should be able to sublease the unit very easily as it is one of the few buildings near Western campus with air conditioning. Priority will be given to students at Western and Fanshawe.
