Floor would be shared with us - we are a mid thirties couple that are really easy going and easy to get along with.

Wood flooring, washer/dryer, dish washer, fenced back yard and deck. Full kitchen, washroom, dining room and living available for your use! Parking space on street available as well.

$800 plus utilities (internet, heat, electricity = about $60 a month? Flexible on price if you want it furnished, utilities included, etc. Could rent furnished for extra $ but prefer you bringing your own.
