Warm, down to earth professional woman looking to share my peaceful home in East York with one other like minded, easygoing, friendly woman. Non-smoker. It’s a 10-minute walk to the subway or a 2-minute bus ride. Only a 20-minute subway ride to downtown. Street parking available.

Quiet street, next to a ravine, It feels like being in nature while also being close to all amenities. A short bus ride to the beaches and lake as well. The house is a 3-bedroom semi with a finished basement, so there is ample room for two. Laundry on site. Includes utilities, high-speed internet and Netflix. I have cleaners come every two weeks, which is also included. The house is clean and comfortable.

The bedroom is unfurnished and overlooks a beautiful garden in the backyard. It’s a good size. Must love cats, as I have one who really enjoys company and affection. Ideally, I’m looking for a roommate who leaves for work in the morning as I sometimes work from home then and go to work in the afternoon. I am often out late a few nights a week. So there is a lot of opportunity for us to have alone time in the house as well as get along well together when here.

No couples and only those with employment please. Move-in date is November or December. I’m flexible for the right person.
