Fully furnished one room rental in a 4 bed 2.5 bath house. great location, across the street from a bus stop, grocery store, and pharmacy. Transit to Carleton and to downtown Ottawa are 30 to 40 minutes by bus.

Bedroom is 310cm by 420cm.

We currently have 4 people living here, myself, my partner and two other roommates. We are all master’s students or recent grads in our 20s, 2 men and 2 women. We’re fairly low key but will hang out on occasion to play games or watch a movie.
