Unfurnished room for rent with a spacious closet. We will share the bathroom and common areas. You will have access to two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), gym, ladies sauna and the squash court. There is also a convenience store in the building. Central air conditioning, heat, and in-suite washer/dryer. Indoor and outdoor parking is available for an extra cost. There is also an on-street metered parking.

The building is located just minutes away from a sailboat-watching stroll along Lake Ontario. 1 minute drive to the QEW 20 minutes to downtown Toronto Public transportation nearby 20 minutes to airport Close to Square One, Sherway Gardens 5 minutes to GO Station Very close to Trillium Health Centre Mississauga (Hurontario / Queensway). Close to Sheridan College, Humber College (Lakeshore Campus), UofT Mississauga Campus.

I am a professional female who works most of the time from home. I am seeking for a friendly, responsible and considerate female roommate who is a non-smoker/drinker, keeps common areas clean and tidy, respects quiet hours and privacy. No pets allowed. I would like to start with a short term agreement (6 months) to see if it works for both of us.
