View from suite of Downtown (NE) & of Toronto Harbour (SE). Rooftop view incomparably breathtaking vista with Barbeques. You must install a lock on your bedroom door and lock when you leave. I do likewise with my own. Access to livingroom, kitchen & bathroom with stacked washer dryer unit. No overnight guests. Lived here 22 years, my place is not fancy, its lived in. No bugs or rodents ever sighted in those 22 years (thank goodness, I hate those things!). Usual requirements of any tenancy: references, verifiable background check, all that fun stuff. Bedroom is not furnished. Split hydro costs. I am easy to get along with as long as you are!
