Apartment includes A/C, dishwasher, stove, fridge, and in-suite laundry. Plus you will have your own bathroom! Bedroom is 10’0“ by 11’8“. Bedroom not furnished however there is a desk if needed, otherwise can be removed. Gets lots of sunlight. Great balcony to enjoy! Parking spot available with an extra fee. Pets are allowed with a fee. Quiet area with great bus service, also convenient access to the entire city, as it’s near Highway 2 and Anthony Henday Drive, and only 10 minutes drive away from Century Park LRT Park N’ Ride and the Edmonton International Airport. Superstore and other stores located across the way. Lots of beautiful walking trails, parks, and ponds offer the perfect setting for walks, runs, or bike rides.
