Room for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment, on the second floor of a Victorian house in Beaconsfield Village, (right between Queen and Dundas). Sharing a kitchen, bathroom and living room with myself and my Yorkie. Apartment is fully furnished, but your bedroom will be empty. I work 6 days a week, therefore this is a quiet, chill house - no parties, late/loud nights allowed ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Your room is big enough to hold a double bed, dresser and a few small pieces of furniture. It also contains the apartment’s only closet. There is a nice big west facing window, so you get lots of natural light - your plants will thrive. The room is presently occupied by a very messy person, (as seen in photos)!

There is coin operated laundry in the basement and permit parking out on the street. Rent is $700 per month, plus hydro and internet, (which is split 50/50). First and last is required, room is available January 1st. Due to my dog’s age and anxiety, this has to remain a single pet household.
