Maplewood Drive

Hi all! My name is Natalie and I live in Burlington. I own my own business (a salon) and am also a highly competitive showjumper; which means I am really only home to sleep. I am not a big partier, but also don’t object to having a friend over for a few beverages or a bite to eat. I am very neat, clean, respectful and easy going.
My place is a main floor unit in an older 4-plex that has been completely renovated from head to toe last year. All new EVERYTHING! Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, laminate wood flooring, kitchen island, upgraded bathroom. Utilities and gas are included in the rent however we are responsible for hydro and internet which is very reasonable. There is on site parking with 2 spaces allocated in total. Our rent is $825/month each. A damage deposit of $1650 will be required as will a current pay stub, credit check and rental application and this is a year lease with the option to resign.
