Hello, I am looking for a roommate in Spruce Grove! Available whenever the time is right.

This room for rent is located near Woodhaven in a 3 bedroom duplex. All three bedrooms are on the upper level, your own personal living room is in the basement. The bedroom itself is not very large, but it can fit a queen size bed. The basement space has room for a living room set, TV Etc and still would have room for a desk or workout area or whatever you like. The bathroom and kitchen are shared.

The cost of rent is $500 per month and this includes utilities and internet. We have street parking, a patio and the barbecue, and a backyard..

Your roommates will be one 31 year old female, professional. Two cats and one dog. Sorry but I cannot accommodate any other animals.

You would be an awesome roommate here if you are clean, tidy, and relatively easy going. To be considered, you must have a full-time job, a couple of references, and like animals. I am very firm on the fact that you must be able to clean a little bit.
