Tuscarora Manor Northwest

Hi Everyone,

I have a large 2 bedroom condo with a spare room for rent until the first of April! The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, tv, nightstand and lamp. We are on the bottom floor of a quiet building and your room includes a large window so there’s lots of light! :) The suite has been recently renovated and includes carpeted rooms, and in-suite laundry. The rent is 600/month and includes internet and all utilities. There is a ton of free parking directly outside the unit and the Tuscany train station is directly behind the house ( about a 2 minute walk).

A little about me is I am a very outgoing and social butterfly. I am a full-time elementary teacher so I will be working each day and home in the evenings. I like to climb, do yoga and veg out at home with a glass of wine and Netflix :) I’m preferably looking for a female roommate roughly the same age as me so we can create a friendship along the way :) Will consider males as well if you are close in age.
