Hello, I’m looking for a new roommate to replace the one I’m currently living with who is moving out at the end of January. The location is centralized in a very convenience based location, all necessity stores are within a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The apartment is new and was finished construction in summer 2017, me and my current roommate are the only tenants who have lived in this unit so it is in good condition. The place comes with its own washer and dryer, has electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Your bedroom size will be 11′ x 9′.

I’m a 24y/o t-girl and you should be okay with lgbt+ community to avoid conflicts. Female roomate is preferred.
