My boyfriend and I just bought a townhouse in maple ridge and are looking for a third roommate. The room is massive (15 x 18) with a walk in closet. In suite laundry, Shared common areas and lots of street parking. Would be 700 plus utilities monthly.

A bit about us: My boyfriend and I are both in our mid 20s and work full time. We are both super friendly, respectful and tidy. Dylan does smoke outside, both are 420 friendly and do like to drink occasionally. Together we have a dog (30lb Boston terrier mix) and 3 cats. Pets are allowed depending if they will fit in with our crew with a deposit.

Ideally we want a roommate who vibes with us and our lifestyle and feels at home with our little family.
