Close to all transportation. Line 4 is few blocks. Hydro/utilities included in rent. We will split internet that is $40/person. Building has visitor parking in basement. I am male professional in my 30’s very clean and friendly.

I am looking for clean, student/professional who keeps up to them-self. Unit is furnished. In order to move in, you need to pay one month rent and one month deposit. Proof of income, govt id, and your proof of status.

This is month to month basis. Either party can terminate contract without penalty upon one month advance notice.
