West 49th Avenue

Room available from December 15th (can be up to January 1st move-in date though), I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a large, en suite room! It’s in a recently renovated beautiful basement suite of the house, very well designed and comfortable. You’ll be sharing the basement suite with 4 roommates, 3 female and 1 male. There are 2 dogs living on the main floor (they can’t access the basement) so would prefer dog-friendly tenants!

Located near Granville St and 49th Ave, there are two bus stops going towards UBC 30 seconds from the front door (The 480 and the 49). About 20 minutes to UBC. The Langara 49th Train station is close, as is the number 10 bus which both take you straight into downtown.

Room is available until March 1st at 900 a month (450 for December). Utilities are included (water/gas/electricity/high-speed internet) and the basement has everything you need including a washing machine, dryer and all kitchen essentials. Room comes furnished with a desk, chair, dresser and bed/bedframe. Option to sign on for 6 months or 1 year lease.
