About the room
I am a 63 year old female. My house is in Little Italy, half a block from the original Italian Centre. It is a 20 minute walk to the centre of downtown. I’m not looking for anyone a particular age or gender. I’m looking for someone who is reasonably relaxed, but is not a party animal and doesn’t smoke. I would consider reducing the rent for someone who would do housekeeping chores and shovel walks. I don’t have a roommate currently, but i do rent out the basement of the house.
