Looking for a single roommate to share the home… shared spaces include office/den (great for storage also), full kitchen (amazing convection oven and efficient dish washer), furnished living room, and 1.5 bath/laundry. The half bathroom would essentially be a private bathroom, as I only use for laundry. The full master bathroom has beautiful tiling, cabinets, and a nice deep tub with rainwater shower head (it’s the best!!!) And of course, a spacious private bedroom with gorgeous lighting and closet space. INCLUDED IN RENT: High Speed Telus Fibre Optic Internet.

The house has security system and pass-code entry. Electronically controlled gate. Large driveway. Covered RV parking space in front yard. Pet friendly.

Brief bit about me: 31 year old female. I work full-time in the construction industry and am also a professional DJ (respectful with volume levels around the home).
