About the room
I am a recent grad (27 yr female) moving to Calgary in late January for work. Want to find someone to start a new lease in Kingsland Gardens (SE Calgary). The rent is ONLY 1000/mon for a 2-br apt (electricity and Internet excluded, street parking available).
It is a low-rise apt (no elevators) with on-site management. The apt is spacious and the neighbourhoods are good. It is near Chinook Center, Costco, Ikea, and Quarry Park industrial center. For more info:

I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, no into parties, very considerate, responsible, and easy-going. My preferred roommate would be someone clean, quiet, and respectful.
