It is a 4 level split where i (landlord) use the lower two levels and rent out the upper two levels. Both are private. The upper 2 levels is furnished including beds for two of the bedrooms. Also included are washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher and stove with oven. Home is on the Northwest side of Calgary with a view of Calgary Olympic park and easy access to Highway to Banff. Home is a 10 minute walk to C-train with a 10 minute ride to University of Calgary. Bus stops are very close and shopping is very close.
