The house is close to the Victoria Park subway (less than 12 min walking distance), bus stops, and a Go train station. You can easily travel to downtown Toronto using subway and bus. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Rooms, kitchen, and bathroom are recently renovated. Utilities (hydro, heat, high speed Internet, and laundry) are included. Furniture includes brand-new queen bed, mattress, blanket, closet, and dresser. The laundry is also available for free on the basement. The house is clean, quiet, pet free and smoke free. First and last month rent, IDs, proof of employment/income and references are required at the interview.
