The room is on the top floor and is fully furnished with dressers, mirror, desk, bed and closet. It shares a full bathroom with the master bedroom. Qualities of future roommate: Appreciates wine, Coronas or some type of liquor. Binge watches Friends. Enjoys omelettes and watches Netflix on Sunday’s. Chill. Normal. We would prefer another female roommate who is between 20-30. Perfect for working class or students with a direct bus route to the UofS / University. All utilities, condo fees, internet etc. included. Everything is furnished. We have a cat who lives in the house with us. She’s awesome.
