My wife and I have a 3 year old daughter and we are looking to rent out our basement room. It has a queen bed and walk in closet. You would have your own full bath downstairs. The rest of the house would be shared including the kitchen. There is a kitchenette downstairs you could also use as your own. The house is a 2018 brand new duplex. We also own a 1 year old puppy.
